Warranty Information

WARRANTY ON NEW EQUIPMENT IS ISSUED DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER. USED EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING OPEN BOX, THE WARRANTY IS 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE.

For pinball machines, juke boxes and video games that are under warranty, the customer may have to ship a part back to Adams & Adams, Inc., for repair or exchange of part. Adams & Adams, Inc. will be responsible for shipping if the part is under warranty. Contact us for return authorization and we will mail you a shipping label for the returned part.

Returns Policy

Should any product fail to meet your expectations, for any reason, simply return it with proof of purchase. We will replace it, refund the cost of the item less shipping and service fees, or credit your credit card, depending on your original payment method.
